Recently, the Fuhua Family will hold a new fabric product acceptance event at the company's science and technology park. Leaders from the Jiangsu Wujiang Technology Bureau and textile experts attended the meeting to review the five newly developed fabric products. The meeting highly praised the five new fabrics and recognized the continuous efforts made by Fuhua Family in product innovation and technological advancement.
The R&D department of Fuhua Family conducted extensive market research, future trend analysis, and cost-benefit evaluation to identify key development projects. Despite numerous challenges, they successfully developed five representative fabric series: the Cotton Series, Youmian Series, Schufft Series, Sha Series, and Dyneeis Series.
The Velvet Series is mainly made of fine denier nylon multifilament and polyester low-stretch yarn, using a plain weave with balanced warp and weft density. These fabrics are soft, delicate, and offer excellent flocking performance without any coating. They also provide good breathability and moisture permeability. This project achieves the look and feel of velvet without coatings, which not only improves weaving technology but also reduces environmental pollution.
The Youmian Series uses hollow nylon fiber as the main raw material, featuring jacquard, plaid, and sliver patterns. Woven on imported Tsudakoma water jet looms, these fabrics go through cold reactor, flat back, dyeing, and moisture-absorbing finishing processes. They feel soft, have a cotton-like touch, and exhibit excellent moisture absorption. As a nylon-based fabric, they are more durable, tear-resistant, and stronger than cotton. They are washable, quick-drying, vibrant in color, comfortable to wear, and conform well to the body, offering superior performance compared to traditional cotton.
The Schufft Series uses 20D/35F nylon filament, featuring plain, lattice, and jacquard patterns. These fabrics are thin, visually appealing, and have a silky, smooth texture that feels gentle on the skin. They are breathable and comfortable to wear even when wet. After testing, their physical properties meet national standards.
The Shufute fabric was developed to address the issues of poor lightfastness and low usability of synthetic fibers, changing public perception of chemical fiber fabrics. It is suitable for both casual and fashion clothing, offering great market potential.
The Monza Series uses fine denier nylon multifilament for warp and weft, featuring elegant jacquard and lattice patterns. Woven on Tsudakoma water jet looms, these fabrics are lightweight, soft, and stylish, ideal for women’s fashion and casual wear. They align with current trends and support China’s "Made in China" to "Created in China" strategy, as well as the goals of the "12th Five-Year Plan" for low carbon and environmental protection.
The Dyneeis Series is made from polyester multifilament (20D/12F) and semi-light nylon (20D/35F), woven on Tsudakoma water jet looms. These fabrics are lightweight, soft, and colorful, suitable for casual wear and down jacket production. They reflect current consumer preferences and show promising industrialization potential, bringing new vitality to the denim market.
All five products have been submitted to the National Silk Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. After testing, they meet the first-class standards of GB/T 17253-2008 for synthetic fiber silk fabric and Class B requirements of GB 18401-2003. They have passed the acceptance by the Wujiang Science and Technology Bureau, and both the products and production technology are at the leading domestic level.
