Hello friends! A couple of years back, I started something close to my heart called the Advisors Circle. It's a small but vibrant group of sewists who occasionally pop up on the blog and social media. They don't just represent themselves; they're the backbone of many of the behind-the-scenes decisions we make here at Liesl + Co. These women—yes, so far, they've all been women—are more than just participants to me. They’re like friends and ambassadors who get a front-row seat to how things operate here. I trust them enough to share my latest projects and seek their thoughts. In return, they share their own creative ideas or wish lists for new patterns. Whether it's testing a new design or offering feedback on concepts I'm still shaping, they're always among the first to try them out. I love giving them challenges to push their skills further, and when they hit a snag, I’m right there to guide them personally. This level of personal attention helps them grow both in confidence and expertise.  It’s been such a joy seeing the fantastic work our current members have produced. They’ve exceeded expectations, and I’m incredibly thankful for their contributions. Over the past year, we’ve built a strong bond, exchanging insights and learning from one another. Their advice has been invaluable, shaping many of our decisions. Now, as our current group has been with us for over a year, it’s time to welcome fresh faces into the circle.
