Zinc alloy Nameplate

The zinc alloy is a kind of zinc-based alloy with other elements. The common addition element is aluminum, copper, magnesium, cadmium, lead and titanium, etc. The zinc alloy has small melt point, low liquidity, it`s easily weld, brazed and plastic processed. It`s corrosion-resistant, and the waste materials is convenient to recycle and remelting. But the creep deformation resistance is low, the size will be changed during the usage.

good casting behavior. It can be cast to complicated and thin precious parts, the surface is smooth.

The surface treatment can be Polished, electroplating, spraying, painting, primer, epoxy, silk screen, laser marking, etc.

During the melting and die-casting, it do not attract iron, corrode profiling and stick the mold.

It`s with good room temperature and wear resistance.

The melting point is low. It will be melt at 385 ℃, easily die-cast molding.

        The installation method

        A. Hole method: To make two 2-5 mm diameter hole on the surface of nameplate, then                  fixed by screw, nail or rivet.
        B. Footwork method. There can be two feet on the back of nameplate, customers can fix it by collar or screw.

        C. Paste method. There can be double-side tape on the back of nameplate, or customers use the AB glue, MD-SG, and strong glue to fix it.

 

        Zinc alloy nameplate is used in car mat logo, car logo, household appliance, equipment or machines, etc.
