Membrane characteristics: The plated (top layer) film is Si3N4 film, the microstructure is Si-O bond, and the microscopic chemical structure of the glass surface is Si-OH bond. The microstructure of the two is basically the same, compatibility. Good, tight combination and strong adhesion.
