Overview

Synthetic fiber and a certain amount of ultra-fine stainless steel fiber mixed as raw materials, using a needle-punched non-woven processing of the resulting filter material. The mass per unit area is about 300g/m2. No static electricity is generated when purifying the air, and explosion accidents can be avoided. When used, the filter material is placed on the metal frame of the filter and the frame is grounded to eliminate static electricity and avoid explosion accidents.

In addition to the general quality indicators, the filter material needs to ensure that synthetic fibers and ultra-fine stainless steel fibers are fully and uniformly mixed to achieve the purpose of preventing the local accumulation of static electricity and timely elimination. Mainly used in military, chemical, metallurgical and other departments for the purification of air filter.
