Overview

Small tea bags made from filterable nonwovens. After tea is crushed, it is packaged in a filterable bag to form a teabag. After the brewing, the tea juice can be fully leached and is easy to drink. Requires good filterability and a certain wet fastness. No odor, insoluble disintegration and no harmful substances are precipitated during boiling water soaking. The fibers used in the tea bags are mainly polyester and viscose fibers, which are produced by a hot rolling method or a wet process. It is preferable to use a composite fiber composed of raw materials having different melting points to make a tea bag with a bag of foam. Most of the fiber arrangement of non-woven fabrics for tea bags adopts a longitudinal structure, and the mass per unit area is about 10 g/m2, and is cut to a certain width according to requirements.
