TRUFFLE, a professional design studio for cashmere apparel in England, is a personal studio of Susan Bailey, an internationally renowned knitting designer, and Susan Bailey is currently a director of Truffle Studio. Susan Bailey has been responsible for the overall design of the Australian brand Sportsgirl. Many design products have been heavily promoted by different fashion magazines, including the Australian versions of Vogue and Elle. Susan Bailey has also designed for some well-known brands, such as TOP SHOP, WAREHOUSE, MONSOON, PASE 8, FENN WRIGHT MANSON and JAEGAR and so on.

In 2001, the work designed by Susan Bailey became the best-selling item for the 2001 MARKS AND SPENCER Women's Spring collection, which sold 250,000 pieces. In 2008, Susan Bailey launched TRUFFLE cashmere. Stars such as KATE MOSS, SADIE FROST also chose to wear Susan Bailey's design works, ALXA CHEUNG is also privately selected from Susan Bailey's design series.
