The American Nonwovens Association operates as a small company with 20 full-time staff and 4 part-time staff. The main sources of funding are exhibitions, training and data reports. U.S. industry continued to grow at a rate of 5.6%. Industrial textiles and non-woven fabrics developed rapidly. Two-thirds of them are consumer products. The fastest growing was the wipes, baby products, showing steady growth. Followed by household textiles. Growth is also fast, well-known companies have swifferbyP & G and so on. Then there are wet tissue and other cleaning supplies and filter materials, the rapid development. Reporter: How do you feel about the current nonwovens industry in China? What are the deficiencies? China's non-woven fabric is developing at a very fast rate, giving the world an overall impression of a steady increase in output. The annual growth rate of the nonwovens industry is maintained at around 7.5%. China's economic growth rate is very significant. It surpassed Japan five years ago and now overtakes the United States. With the rapid development of China's nonwovens industry, China's nonwovens growth rate is likely to surpass the EU, China may become the world's largest nonwovens producer. With the growth of personal purchasing power in China, the consumption of nonwovens industry is also bound to increase. The United States is a country that consumes a large amount of non-woven products in the world, with an annual output of about 5 kg per person. China is about 1 kg per person per year, so China's market potential is great, but not enough innovation, low technology, a single product variety. There are also some problems in terms of quality.
